Essential Functions 1.
Responsible for job posting process for respective client groups.
Manage all existing recruiting processes for hourly positions.
2.
Post and continually promote through various methods (i.
e.
, career pages, college boards, referrals, referral base recruiting and sourcing.
).
3.
Participate in all hiring events as needed, job and career fairs.
4.
Assist all candidates through the application process, as needed.
5.
Conduct a thorough pre screen of candidate's credentials before forwarding to the hiring manager for an in-person or video based interview.
6.
Responsible for the timely upkeep of the Applicant Tracking System for assigned client groups.
7.
Maintain all interview documentation as required by local laws and KidsPeace policy.
8.
Manage the offer of employment process for assigned client group (i.
e.
, obtain approvals, secure verbal offer, coordinate with Team Leader and Onboarding, etc.
) 9.
Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications (Education, Training and Experiences) 1.
Minimum of an associate degree in human resource management and/or a related degree.
2.
1-2 years proven experience, preferably in recruiting; 3.
Experience in mental health field preferred 3.
Computer knowledge and applications plus strong organizational skills, independent initiative and functioning success necessary.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday Hybrid schedule for the right individual after 3-6 months of employment #kidspeace2 Job Type:
